    Portrait of Chris DuncanChris Duncan, SIOR specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing and sales of industrial, R&D and biotech space within the Central San Diego County real estate market. With over 14 years of experience, Chris’s extensive knowledge of the San Diego market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, Buyer and Seller representation, and market analysis. These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the market.

    Chris began his commercial real estate career in 2002 with Voit Real Estate Services and immediately became one of the top sales associates. He received The Rising Star of the Year award in 2004 in recognition of his superior effort, hard work, and potential to succeed.

    Over the course of his career in commercial real estate, Duncan has facilitated over 400 lease and sales transactions, representing over $400 million in volume. Known for his ability to orchestrate successful closings, he has excelled as a result of his commitment to provide his clients with useful research about national economic trends and the latest developments in real estate.

    Portrait of Joshua BrantJosh Brant is the Regional Director of Research in Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office. Josh’s responsibilities include supplying statistics, graphs, and market insight for presentations and marketing materials, overseeing various internal databases, and generating market reports.

    Josh began his career in real estate by obtaining a California Appraiser’s License. Since that time, Josh has accumulated over a decade of experience in commercial real estate research. Josh began in research at CoStar, the largest third party provider of commercial real estate information and statistics. At CoStar, Josh participated in front line research and aggregation of all facets of commercial real estate data and reporting, and was recognized multiple times as a top performer. Josh moved into commercial real estate brokerage inhouse research following his time at CoStar. Josh’s experience with research for commercial real estate brokerages spans a large gamut.

    JOHANNA GUILLEN

    Senior Client Coordinator

    Johanna Guillen is a Senior Client Coordinator at Voit Real Estate Services. Johanna graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and later obtained an MBA in Business Administration at Tecnologico de Monterrey. She has over 6.5 years of demonstrated work experience in marketing and the commercial real estate industry. Johanna helps with the day to day marketing and reporting.

    ERIC NORTHBROOK

    Portrait of Eric NorthbrookAs Managing Director of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego and Carlsbad offices, Eric Northbrook is responsible for overseeing Voit’s operations and directs a team of brokerage professionals who work together to provide clients with a single-point of service for all of their commercial real estate requirements.

    Prior to joining Voit, Northbrook served as Executive Director of Brokerage Services for Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego. While there, his focus was on the Central San Diego County and I-15 Corridor specializing in tenant and corporate representation. He is an expert in representing institutional owners in the marketing and leasing of quality Class A office space. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Northbrook was with Colliers International for 12 years, where he was a consistent top producer.

    In 2006, Northbrook founded the HeadNorth, a nonprofit organization that enhances the quality of life for individuals and families afflicted with spinal cord injury. The organization is actively involved in spinal cord research and has partnered with the Sanford/Burnham Institute and UCSD to create the HeadNorth Chronic Spinal Cord Research Project.
